                惡臭污染物質大多是氣相污染物,主要由碳、氫、氧、氮、硫、鹵素等元素構成.就化學結構而言,臭味物質分子多因具剩余電子,而有刺激人類嗅覺的特性.光氧催化設備采用先進的高級氧化技術,突破單一體系的反應局限,在整個反應體系中,兩種氧化能力極強的氧化劑-O3和·OH參與反應及185nm高能量紫外線直接裂解廢氣,使得脫臭效果更佳,惡臭氣體礦化程度更高,可無害化排放,無二次污染.
